Breakfast Shakes

Shakes for Gut Health
Prep: 5 mins
Yields: 1 serving


1 cup distilled or alkaline water

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 tablespoon chia or flax seeds

1” piece of ginger (peeled)

1 small handful of mint

1/2 avocado

1 apple chopped

1 piece of clove

1/4 cup of cherries (or 1 oz 100% organic cherry juice)

2 oz of goji berries


1 Add all ingredients into a blender or Ninja on auto-iQ frozen drink/smoothie. Blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are smooth.
